Prof. Rami Abdel-Rahem, the President of University of Petra, discussed ways for scientific cooperation and student exchange with the Cultural Attaché of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Genis Turikov.
Prof. Abdel-Rahem received the Kazakhstani Cultural Attaché in his office, providing an overview of the academic programs and international accreditations obtained by the university. He then presented the university's shield to Turikov.
The meeting was attended by President's Assistant for Global Partnerships and Relations, Prof. Omar Atari, the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Prof. Mahmoud El-Salman, and the Director of the Language Center, Dr. Ola Al-Dabbagh.
After the meeting, the delegation toured several facilities of the university.
