staff and ensures attraction, retention and training of UOP staff. We

UOP key players. That guides HRD through handling key funding and
organizing various activities to support UOP. In partnership with
departments’ heads and supervisors, HRD sets strategies to enhance
organizational flexibility, improve relationships among staff and
