      ABSTRACT This study aimed to investigate the extent of Managerial Wisdom adoption and its impact on the Effectiveness of Strategic Decisions at Private Universities in Amman city. The study sample consisted of (159) individuals. The main conclusions of the study were: There is a significant relationship among Managerial Wisdom dimensions (Revealing; Comprehensive; Integration & Control) at Private Universities in amman city at level (  0.05). There is a significant impact of Managerial Wisdom dimensions (Revealing; Comprehensive; Integration & Control) on Effectiveness of Strategic Decisions (Committement Quality Assurance Criteria; Competences recruitment & Competitive Strategy) at Private Universities in amman city at level (  0.05).       Abstract The objectives of the study were to identify the impact of Entrepreneurial Characteristics of Workers in Achieving Future Orientation for Jordanian private Universities in Amman city, The study population consists of all Jordanian Private Universities that includes (17) Universities. The study sample includes (7) Jordanian Private Universities in Amman city. The Unit of Sampling and Analysis includes top (53). To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used For data collection, analysis, and tasting hypotheses. a questionnaire, was used to collect information about study variables. A number of statistical tools and methods were used such as the notable Arithmetic Mean, Standard Deviation, One sample T-test, Multiple Regression. The results reached showed a significant impact of of Entrepreneurial Characteristics of Workers in Achieving Future Orientation for Jordanian private Universities in Amman city at level (  0.05). The main conclusions of the study is that Consideration of the entrepreneurial characteristics for faculty deans, will inevitably lead to achieve future Orientation of survival and growth of the Jordanian private universities in Amman city. The study recommends that the study recommended the need for granting deans space of freedom and independence in their work and allocate appropriate time to meet the concerned universities to discuss all that is new according to a longer program in advance so it becomes part of the culture of the university. And the need to adopt a university management about the risk dimension when thinking about adopting pilot projects contribute to the transfer of the University of strategic mode to better with the importance of creating success requirements Key Words: Entrepreneurship; Entrepreneurial Characteristics; Futurity Orientation; Jordanian Private Universities.

Radwan Choughri, " The Impact of Incremental and Radical Entrepreneurial Orientation on Organizational Effectiveness of Jordanian Private Universities in Amman city " , "The Impact of Incremental and Radical Entrepreneurial Orientation on Organizational Effectiveness of Jordanian Private Universities in Amman city",Vol.,No., Baghdad College of Economic Sciences Journal , amman.jordan, 02/18/2014 Abstract:
      Abstract The objectives of the study were to identify the impact of canonical correlation between Incremental and Radical Entrepreneurial Orientation on Organizational Effectiveness of Jordanian Private Universities in Amman city. The study population consists of all Jordanian Private Universities that includes (17) Universities. The study sample includes (7) Jordanian Private Universities in Amman city. The Unit of Sampling and Analysis includes top (151) university leadership. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used For data collection, analysis, and tasting hypotheses. a questionnaire, which consisted of (50), items was used to collect information about study variables. A number of statistical tools and methods were used such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, one sample T-test, multiple, simple regression and canonical analysis. The results reached showed a significant impact of incremental and radical entrepreneurial orientation in organizational effectiveness of Jordanian Private Universities in Amman city at level (  0.05); there was a significant relationship between incremental, and radical entrepreneurial orientation and organizational effectiveness in Jordanian Private Universities in Amman city at level (  0.05) and there was a significant impact of conical relationship between incremental and radical entrepreneurial orientation on organizational effectiveness in Jordanian Private Universities in Amman city at level (  0.05) One of the main conclusions of the study is that of Entrepreneurship concept, which is essential in the strategic management literature designed to desirable outcomes at the enterprise level. Also, emphasis is given to entrepreneurship which includes activities adopted by business organizations to build the appropriate market position, create opportunities and resources investment. The study recommends that the universities under study must adopt Entrepreneurial Orientation behaviors and try to benefit from the outputs to raise decision effectiveness achieved through innovation, thinking and understanding environment. The universities must support research and development activities in order to enhance the image of the university and its reputation in the long term.
