The strategic plan for the period from 2019 to 2023 covers the following main axes:

1- Governance Applying

The principles of good management, which is strategically qualified to lead the university and achieve its vision, mission and objectives.

2- Resources Establish

A vibrant and active scientific environment by providing human, financial, and other resources Infrastructure for teaching and learning, and contributing to the production and dissemination of knowledge and technology.

3- University life :

A university climate in which relations, security, university well-being and responsible freedom are available, which contributes positively to building a cooperative and harmonious university community.

Cultural environment

Promote intellectual activities, creative thinking, freedom of expression, and collective dialogue to establish a rich cultural environment that respects differences and contributes positively to the culture of the local community.

Social environment

Building a cooperative and harmonious university community, characterized by a stimulating environment, and encouraging working and learning conditions, through which employees and students can enjoy their achievements and contribute positively to their full potential.

4- Learning and teaching

Managing all educational learning processes and their requirements from various programs to prepare academically and professionally qualified graduates who are able to compete.

5- Scientific research and technology transfer

Creating a stimulating scientific environment for the production and transfer of knowledge and technology.

6- Global and foreign relations

Bridging with the outside world in various ways, including: agreements, student exchanges, joint programs and research, international accreditations and rankings.
