UOP President, Prof. Marwan Muwalla, has opened a UOP Exhibition for Plastic Arts featuring artistic work by 48 actors from five Arab countries including, Jordan, Palestine, Iraq, Syria and Egypt. The exhibition was organized as part of the Annual Exhibition for the Faculty of Architecture & Design (FAD) in the year 2022, titled "Rapid Response", and featured works of FAD professors, students and graduates.

The exhibition intends to provide a cultural platform and further familiarize UOP students with artistic work in the Arab World and increase learning opportunities outside the classroom. The exhibition contained artistic work by professional and amateur artists, and artistic work by late artists under the title "Never Forgotten", including work by the Iraqi artists Blasem Muhammad, Sami Haki, Abdel Al Amir Alwan, Fadel Tomah, Fahmi Al Qaisi, Nimaat Hikmat and, the latest artist, Rihab Al Nimri from Palestine.

The exhibition focused on the latest artistic trends in digital design and contained various artistic work to provide a cultural experience enhancing the artistic taste of students and presenting model work. The exhibition was designed and coordinated by Dr. Nuha AlBassiouni and Dr. Aida Jokhrasha. The exhibition was organized by Mr. Othman Haikal, Mr. Firas Rahal, Mr. Hamza Zayed, Mr. Muhammad Khalaf and Mr. Ghassan Al-Tammri.

The attendees have praised the exhibition as it contains artistic work for different generations and was organized in a significant phase in arts evolution in the region, and featured a major phase of the History of Arabic Plastic Arts through work made more than 50 years ago.

FAD Dean, Dr. Fatima Al-Nammari, has confirmed that UOP always intends to encourage outstanding students and graduates by presenting their work and ideas and providing a platform to introduce them to an audience. Furthermore, UOP aims to provide learning opportunities to expose the students to outside classroom learning experiences, improve their communication and leadership skills, invite experts and professional artists to present their work and expose students to upcoming new experiences.
