The Human Resources Department (HRD) vision is to be the best in class in providing optimal human resources services to UOP staff and in creating motivating and advanced environment.

HRD’s mission is to attract the best and highly skilled and qualified talents, play essential role in improving administrative services by developing HRD staff’s skills and abilities, implement UOP regulations and instructions, and educate staff on their rights and responsibilities.

1. Creating a stimulating environment to staff that allows them to improve their skills and capabilities. 2. Selecting best human resources and complying with equal opportunities principle. 3. Developing and updating Staff Performance Evaluation Forms to reflect staff’s strengths and weaknesses and improve their performance. 4. Improving staff’s capabilities in line with UOP Vision and Mission. 5. Providing incentives and awards to employees who made outstanding performance. 6. Applying Quality Management System on all services and activities provided by HRD and paying attention to quality deliverables. 7. Ensuring compliance of decisions and procedures issued by HRD with UOP instructions and regulations and Private Universities Law.
