Dr. Munir Ajjaj, an Educational Sciences professor, presented a training workshop for "Alafkar Alraqia Schools and Kindergarten" teachers within the community service domain. The workshop aimed to adapt educational activities and link them to an integrative approach that is consistent with the nature of students' growth of various kinds while making sure to link the value of what the student learns with his/her life and reality.
Ajaj explained that the workshop included the selection of systematic and non-systematic educational activities, aimed at forming a system of positive values and behavior, and using positive thinking skills to deal with reality.
Ajaj showed that the workshop work plan was developed in a way that is consistent with the nature of human variation in the features and characteristics of students, especially in the educational and learning field, in which the learner is a true partner in the process of obtaining and processing knowledge.
Moreover, Ajaj pointed out that the teacher must adopt modern, unconventional skills in the production of knowledge in order to reach problem solving, in a way that reflects its impact on the learner in light of the rapid and renewable changes.
