Welcome to the Faculty of Architecture and Design / Department of Interior Design.
I am pleased to be a faculty member in the Department of Interior Design at the University of Petra, which seeks to provide a high-quality educational environment for students in the field of interior design, so that they are well qualified for the labor market; locally, regionally, and internationally. Our academic strategies focus on stimulating students' mental and creative skills in various theoretical and practical courses. Accordingly, the department's professors are keen to follow up the design students' work and projects during their university career for a period of four years, in order to be able to master many of the delicate branches of this specialization. In addition to striving to provide studies and solutions that achieve the foundations of comprehensive designs that achieve comfort inside buildings.
The interior design program also aims to prepare students for postgraduate studies, by opening the horizons of scientific research and guiding them, so that they can draw the future of sustainable and innovative interior design, which blends originality and modernity under the supervision of a group of distinguished professors and researchers.
