  • Provide the student with knowledge of basic concepts related to the health services management and Medical Records.
  • Provide the student with interpersonal skills and the competencies needed in health care centers.
  • Acknowledge human relationships and the skills needed to provide administrative assistants who work in the field of health services.
  • Enable the student to examine the management dimensions in health sector.

Certificate of annual training course in Hospital Management and Medical Records

At the end of the training diploma, the student receives his/her certificate from the University of Petra, attested by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research as follows:
  • Level-one certificate under the name of “Annual Training Courses” in (Hospital Management) 200 training hours.
  • Level-two certificate under the name of “Annual Training Courses” in (Medical Records) 200 training hours.
