UOP Explore Areas for Cooperation with Irish Universities

UOP President Prof. Marwan Muwalla received delegations from Dundalk Institute of Technology (DkIT) and Dorset College. The delegations consisted of DkIT Director for the Affairs of International Students, Dr. Moath Atmeh and DKIT Director for Students Attraction, Ms. Mary Galeen.
Prof. Muwalla referred to the local and international accreditations UOP obtained in the recent years, affirming UOP's desire to strengthen cooperation with the international universities.
In turn, the visiting delegations emphasized the need for students exchange to learn English language in Northern Ireland and learn Arabic language at UOP, Jordan.
Both parties reviewed possibility cooperating with SIQ-UOP and sending UOP undergraduates to study in the Irish Universities.
Assistant of UOP President for International Cooperation, Dr. Ula AlDabbagh, Director of Office of External Funding for Research Projects, Dr. Ali Al Maqousi, Educational Sciences Department Chair, Dr. Aseel Shawareb, Dean of Admissions and Registration, Dr. Faisal Abu Rub, Dr. Hussam Barham and Dr. Tala Abu Hussein attended the meeting.
